Breaking Trauma Loops: Healing Through Movement, Sound, Breath, and Word RocksTM

When COVID hit, our collective NERVOUS SYSTEMS got scrambled. Mine did too. Divorce, the
collapse of my PILATES STUDIO, moving to a farm with two kids—it all happened at once. And here’s
What I learned: the way out of TRAUMA isn’t more analysis or numbing with prescriptions.
The way out is through the BODY. Through MOVEMENT.
As BESSEL VAN DER KOLK, author of The Body Keeps the Score, wrote:
“Trauma victims cannot recover until they become familiar with and befriend the sensations in their
bodies.”
That was my story. Twenty years of covert NARCISSISTIC ABUSE wired me into patterns of
deprivation, silence, and self-erasure. My NERVOUS SYSTEM kept looping the same trauma script. It
wasn’t until I started identifying the emotions, matching them to COLOR, giving them SOUND,
breathing with full EXHALATION, and then moving—every day, with precision and repetition—that my body finally began to reset.
The Science That Backs It
This isn’t just my opinion—it’s BIOLOGY.
- BESSEL VAN DER KOLK (The Body Keeps the Score): Trauma patterns live in the body, not just the
brain.
- CANDACE PERT (Molecules of Emotion): “Your body is your subconscious mind. Storing every
memory, and every emotion, in peptides that flow through the nervous system.”
- STEPHEN PORGES (Polyvagal Theory): The VAGUS NERVE is the body’s breaker box—switching
between danger and safety.
- THOMAS MYERS (Anatomy Trains): FASCIA is living tissue, storing memory and tension long after
the event.
- MASARU EMOTO (The Hidden Messages in Water): WATER responds to words, sound, and
intention. And since you’re 70–90% water, your body does too.
- DR. COHEN: BLOOD is liquid intelligence—carrying vibrational information through every cell.
Put simply: you are WATER, FASCIA, OXYGEN, and FREQUENCY. Trauma loops get etched into
those systems—but they can also be rewritten.
The Breath: Spirit, Science, and Tesla’s 3-6-9
Here is the missing key: BREATH.
Breath is the force that ties SOUND, COLOR, MOVEMENT, and WORD ROCKSTM together. Without
breath; they are techniques. With breath, they are transformed.
NIKOLA TESLA said:
“If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6, and 9, then you would have the key to the universe.”
The RODIN COIL, the geometry of 3-6-9, is hidden in your lungs. Every inhale, hold, and exhale is a
living Tesla sequence:
- 3 → The Inhale. Inspiration, the Spirit entering.
- 6 → The Suspension. The pause of potential, the coil of energy.
- 9 → The Exhale. The great reset, cleansing the ENTERIC NERVOUS SYSTEM, massaging the
VAGUS NERVE, oxygenating FASCIA, and BLOOD.
This is why PILATES is not just exercise. Joseph Pilates demanded, “Squeeze the lungs dry!”” with every
rep. The full EXHALATION is what wrings out the gut, flushes peptides, hydrates FASCIA, and resets
the NERVOUS SYSTEM. It’s what makes Pilates a true MIND-BODY-SPIRIT system.
Every time you exhale, you’re not just breathing out carbon dioxide. You’re REPOLARIZING YOUR
WHOLE SYSTEM—shifting from negative to positive, from TRAUMA LOOP to FREEDOM LOOP.
You’re oxygenating the 90% WATER of your body, making it effervescent and alive.
My Method: Motion of Emotion™
The MOTION OF EMOTION™ system is how I help people break those loops and create new patterns
of safety and strength.
Here’s how it works:
1. IDENTIFY THE EMOTION—Start by naming the feeling and matching it to its COLOR.
2. SOUND—Speak or hum the VOWEL SOUND that matches the color. The vibration stimulates the
VAGUS NERVE, especially when paired with a long exhale.
3. MOVEMENT (PILATES)—Use precise, classical Pilates sequences—always with BREATH—to
recalibrate your FASCIA, BLOOD FLOW, and NERVOUS SYSTEM. Each repetition lays down new
ENGRAMS—healthy movement memories that overwrite trauma loops.
4. RHYTHM—Ground the shift by walking a pattern—a square, a circle, or a rhythm that imprints
SAFETY THROUGH REPETITION. Sync the steps with your BREATH.
5. WORD ROCKS™—Anchor it with words. Freeze a positive word in ice. Write your word of the day
on a CHALKBOARD-WRAPPED STAINLESS CUP. Drink it in—literally. As EMOTO proved, WATER
CARRIES MEMORY. And oxygen-rich water carries life. BREATH MAKES IT EFFERVESCENT,
carrying that positive intention into every cell.
Why Word ROCKS™ Matter
WORD ROCKS™ are deceptively simple, but the impact is massive.
Take the negative emotion you identified. Flip it into its positive opposite. Write that word. Freeze it into
your ice. Speak it over your water. Breathe it in with every sip.
Every glance, every breath, every sip is a MICRO-RECALIBRATION. A reminder that you are not the
old trauma loop. You are choosing a new one.
This is how NEUROPLASTICITY works: repetition plus intention plus breath equals transformation.
Why It Works
Trauma loops are ENGRAMS—neurological reflex arcs reinforced by chemistry and repetition. To
change them, you need PRECISION PLUS PRACTICE.
- It takes 500 repetitions to create a new engram.
- It takes 2,500 repetitions to overwrite a faulty one.
That’s why PILATES-BASED PRECISION matters. That’s why DAILY RITUALS matter. And that’s why
BREATH matters most of all. It ties SOUND, COLOR, MOVEMENT, and WORD ROCKSTM into one
ELECTROMAGNETIC RESET.
You’re not just surviving—you’re rewriting the script at the CELLULAR, CHEMICAL, and SPIRITUAL
level.
A Blessing in Disguise
My ex begged me to sell my PILATES STUDIO over and over again. I never did. And that choice saved
my life. Because when you teach, you heal. Helping others find their strength helped me rebuild mine.
That’s not just a business principle—it’s a spiritual one. Give, and it shall be given unto you. It’s
Christian, yes, but also deeply human: when you share your process, others are inspired to do the
same.
We are SPIRITUAL BEINGS having a human experience, housed in these miraculous, divinely
Designed fingerprints of God we call our bodies. Bless them. Appreciate them. Take care of them. They
will heal—and so will you.

Final Word
Healing isn’t found in a pill bottle or in endless analysis. It’s found in the simple, daily act of moving your
body with intention.
One COLOR. One SOUND. One BREATH. One STEP. One WORD.
That’s how you rewrite the story.
The Workbook Journey
In the workbook, you’re essentially taking a four-week journey through your trauma patterns, identifying
them, and journaling them. You work with two colors a week, starting with red and blue, then moving on
to yellow and green, and so forth. Each week, you learn the movement pattern of Pilates, the
organization of color, and the hierarchy of sound. You’ll practice the vowel sounds — ■, ■, ■, ■, ■,
AH, EE, HUM — layered over each color. As you do, you’re recalibrating yourself physically,
emotionally, mentally, and spiritually every day.
By the end of the four weeks, you’ll have memorized the order of movement, the sound patterns, and
the breath that ties it all together. You’ll start each day with a 10-minute Pilates mat session, then do
your sounds, your walking pattern, and your Word RocksTM. Over time, this takes less than 30 minutes
once you have it all in your muscle memory.
The beauty is that you can mix and match colors as you need. Maybe one day you feel like you need
more joy, so you do yellow and green. Or maybe you focus on red and blue to address specific
emotions. It becomes a playful and powerful way to shift your state. In short, the workbook lays out the
science, the method, and the daily practice so you can break free from old trauma loops and step into a
new rhythm of life.
